At RMS, we have been on an exciting journey of growth and transformation, marked by significant developments in our organization, processes, strategies, policies, vision, and mission. These changes are a continuation of our ongoing efforts to adapt and thrive in the face of continuously evolving market dynamics and challenges. As part of our rebranding exercise, we are proud to unveil our new logo, which now features Arabic fonts, symbolizing our identity as an international Arab broker originating from Oman. Additionally, we have relocated to our prestigious new headquarters in Muscat.
Our new strategy is focused on expanding our presence in the Middle East region. We are committed to blending cultures wherever we operate, reflecting our vision of fostering diversity and inclusivity. One of our most significant initiatives in the past two years is the establishment of the RMS Insurance Academy. This in-house training program is designed to develop the capabilities and knowledge of our employees, client representatives, and newcomers to the insurance market, especially locals. We consider this academy a vital tool for in-country value (ICV) development, ensuring that we lead in nurturing talent and expertise within the industry.
Our goal is to become one of the major players in the region and one of the top brokers in the countries where we operate. Currently, we have operations in Qatar, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, and we are continuously striving to expand our footprint.
